            Senator Snyder moved to amend the bill on page twenty-six, section thirteen, line three hundred eighty-four, after the word “rule.” by adding the following: Any rules proposed pursuant to this subdivision or subdivision (16) of this subsection addressing contemporaneous reclamation shall include an assessment attached to the rule prepared by the special reclamation fund advisory council of how the proposed changes to the rules will impact the state’s special reclamation fund.;

            And,

            On page thirty-seven, section nineteen, line eighty-four, after “(1979).” by adding the following: Any rules proposed pursuant to this subsection addressing granting inactive status shall include an assessment attached to the rule prepared by the special reclamation fund advisory council of how the proposed changes to the rules will impact the state’s special reclamation fund.
